Huge classic colonial on a VERY large property (3 lots).
This is a very unique Santiago property. It is on a quiet street, within a few blocks of the Santiago market and it is huge! The 3 combined lots (in 1 escritura – deed) equal 930.66 m2 (10,017.54 square feet) and the construction is 407.28 m2 (4383.92 square feet).
The colonial house needs some renovation, however, it is NOT a complete renovation. There is an extremely large back yard that is bordered by a old stone wall. The original pool is above ground (common for the day) and is about 12 feet deep.
The main house has very tall ceilings and old tile floors. All of the doors are original and are cedar! The second “house” was a doctors office complete with exam room, office, reception, 2 workrooms where the doctor designed and made artificial legs for his patients!
