Huge classic colonial on a VERY large property (3 lots).
This is a very unique Santiago property. It is on a quiet street, within a few blocks of the Santiago market and it is huge! The 3 combined lots (in 1 escritura – deed) equal 930.66 m2 (10,017.54 square feet) and the construction is 407.28 m2 (4383.92 square feet).
The colonial house needs some renovation, however, it is NOT a complete renovation. There is an extremely large back yard that is bordered by a old stone wall. The original pool is above ground (common for the day) and is about 12 feet deep.

The old LPs – both 78 and 33 – remain and can be seen in the photos.
