My name is Angela Hansen. I hail from the New York/New Jersey area and have been living in Merida for over 8 years. Prior to becoming a real estate agent I worked with a law firm as the firm’s administrator. The law firm handled real estate closings. In addition, my experience buying and selling many of my personal real estate properties in the USA & Mexico, solidified my desire to become a real estate agent.
I enjoy working with clients – listening to their needs, their likes and dislikes and communicating their position to other agents, attorneys and sellers. A major percent of an agent’s job is communicating effectively. Communication with clients helps them to narrow their preferences and saves precious time helping them to find the perfect match.
Referrals from a satisfied client boost an agent’s success. Having been in several real estate transactions in Merida as both a buyer and seller, has provided me a wide perspective as to how the real estate business is conducted here.
