Cesar Sansores is a bilingual Civil Engineer who graduated from the School of Engineering at the University of Yucatán in 1985. He brings over 30 years of experience in the construction industry.
As a contractor specializing in buildings and infrastructure, he also works as a project manager, offering technical guidance in the planning, evaluation, and investment feasibility of a wide range of projects.
His deep understanding of construction project execution—combined with a keen eye for both technical and habitability standards—makes him highly skilled in technical assessing homes, hotels, condominiums, and other residential facilities.
He also serves as our in-house engineer, available to provide detailed English or Spanish property inspection reports upon request.
As construction entrepreneur, he had leading residential developments—including remodeling projects in Mérida’s historic center and complete turnkey construction projects both in the city and along the coast.
In addition, he is well-versed in managing real estate acquisition and sales. He has acted as an independent intermediary for numerous clients, both domestic and international, helping them invest in properties at fair market value.
